NaiBnB Affiliate Terms

These terms are being finalised. The full affiliate agreement has not been published yet. We record the date you accepted, and we will send you the published terms before any commission is paid out.

In the meantime, this is how the programme works and what you are agreeing to:

You earn on the room rate only. Commission is a percentage of what the guest pays for the room itself. Cleaning fees, the extra-guest charge, service tax and tourism tax are never included.
A guest stays yours. Once somebody books through your link, every booking they make afterwards is credited to you — whether or not they use your link again.
Your link can be switched off. If it is, bookings through it still go through normally for the guest, and stop earning — including bookings from guests already credited to you.
Cancelled rooms do not earn. If a booking is cancelled, or part of it is, the commission is recalculated to cover only the rooms that still stand.
No paid search on our name. You may not buy search advertising that bids on "NaiBnB" or close variants of it.
